Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Pay Rate: £25.88 - £38.82 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00
Contract: Full-time, contract (up to 2 years)
BPSS clearance required (Right to Work, DBS & Drug Screening)
About the Opportunity
TeamJobs is excited to be recruiting for two ISC Operations Program Managers to support large-scale aerospace engineering projects.

You'll play a key role in New Product Introduction (NPI), working closely with engineering teams to ensure all hardware - both internally manufactured and externally sourced - is delivered on time and to the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate NPI project hardware timelines in partnership with engineering teams.
Oversee procurement and production of internal "Make" parts and external "Buy" parts.
Ensure all components for qualification programs are delivered on schedule and meet technical requirements.
Identify and resolve issues impacting timelines or quality.
Build strong communication channels across engineering, operations, and suppliers.
Drive continuous improvement through best practices in project and operations management.
What We're Looking For
Proven background in operations or program management, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace.
Strong understanding of NPI processes and hardware qualification.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
