Role Description
We are seeking a Reinstatement Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position located in Uxbridge. The Reinstatement Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the backfill and reinstatement division, ensuring efficient delivery of repair, maintenance, new connections, and large-scale resurfacing projects. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing site crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and monitoring project progress to meet timelines and quality standards. The Supervisor will also liaise with clients and stakeholders and ensure resources are effectively utilized to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications
* Supervisory or management experience within reinstatement, backfill, or a related construction field
* Proficiency in project coordination, scheduling, and resource planning
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and a commitment to enforcing safety standards on-site
* Knowledge of industry-specific techniques, including Open Cut, Trenching, and Horizontal Directional Drilling
* Excellent communication, team collaboration, and leadership skills
* Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively under time constraints
* Proficient in documenting project progress and maintaining compliance records
* Relevant certifications, such as a CSCS card or safety training qualifications, are highly desirable
