Gloucestershire Managed Services (GMS) is seeking a Head of Logistics & Deputy Associate Director of Facilities to lead our integrated Logistics Service, covering Linen & Laundry, Transport, Post, Waste, Materials Management, and Warehousing. In this role, you will : Drive innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence across all logistics services Lead strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring safe, compliant and customer-focused delivery Champion workforce development, digital transformation, and continuous improvement Support organisation-wide priorities as Deputy to the Associate Director of Facilities We’re looking for someone with: Significant experience in logistics or facilities operations within a large, complex organisation Proven success in transformational programmes and service improvement Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and financial acumen Professional membership (e.g., IWFM, CILT UK) and leadership training experience Important: This role is employed by GMS and is not subject to NHS Agenda for Change terms and conditions.
