Location & Contract
Location – Gadbrook Park, Northwich (Office Based). Contract – 6 Months Fixed‑Term Contract. Start dates are the 10th or 17th November.
Shifts
Working on a shift rotation between 3 pm and midnight (including weekends).
What’s the role?
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You’ll assist with a wide range of inquiries – from product advice to resolving order issues – across live chat, phone, email and social media. Your interactions should reflect our commitment to outstanding service and your work will be supported by continuous training and specialised brand knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Work across emails, phones, live chat and social media.
* Achieve department targets while maintaining high quality at each point of contact.
* Engage customers daily in a polite, professional manner.
* Assist with product advice and general customer service queries.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall service.
* Utilise ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and deliver top‑notch service.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
