If so, join Wellesley Hospital as a CPA Coordinator where you will ensure the department provides and maintains a high standard of administrating and documenting the Care Programme Approach. As the CPA Coordinator you will be liaising with the Mental Health Act Admin department to prepare, plan and coordinate CPA meetings for service users. This will include setting dates of the meetings, preparing and sending out invitations to all relevant parties, booking rooms and hospitality for the meetings, collating and typing up any necessary documents and preparing and distributing all completed packs to the relevant parties. Other responsibilities: Meeting and greeting all visitors to the meetings and record all attendees. After the meeting, to gather all documentation and type the whole document. Ensuring that all reports are read and signed by the relevant disciplines. Preparing and updating the CPA timetable and distribute to the wards on a regular basis. Filing all completed packs and archive as necessary. Liaising with external agencies regarding the continuing care of the patients as required. Assisting in maintaining a high standard in office practice/procedures, including filing systems. To be successful in this role, you will need: 4 GCSE’s or equivalent (including English) 2 years previous experience of administration/office systems Word Processing qualification European Computer Driving Licence Computer literate (Microsoft Office preferred Knowledge of the CPA and national guideline Verbal and written communication Plan and prioritise workload Excellent organisational skills Where you will be working: Location : Westpark 26, Chelston, Wellington, Somerset, TA21 9FF You will be working at Wellesley Hospital, a purpose built 101 bed hospital in Wellington (Somerset) for men and women with Mental Health needs.
