An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor/Lawyer to join one of the South Wests top law firms as a Knowledge Lawyer within their highly-reputable Commercial Litigation team in either their Plymouth, Exeter or Bristol office. This role is suitable for someone who is ideally at Senior Associate level looking to move away from a fee-earning role, or someone who is an existing Knowledge Lawyer seeking a new challenge. Within this role you will be providing knowledge and training support to the Commercial Litigation team, ensuring that they have the information and knowledge resources they need to deliver technically excellent legal advice to their clients.As a Knowledge Lawyer, you will provide regular updates and training and be a vital resource for the team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy a varied and interesting workload. There is flexibility for someone to join the team on a full-time or part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
* Providing and organising relevant training material
* Producing and maintaining internal protocols
* Have knowledge of the latest legal developments
* Offering guidance notes to the fee-earners within the team
Skills & Experience Sought:
* An experienced Solicitor/Lawyer, circa 5+ PQE
* Experience within Commercial Litigation with a larger firm
* A keenness to keep up to date the latest legal developments
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Team player
* The ability to build strong working relationships
