Internal Sales / Customer Service – £25k – £28k + great benefits and bonus!
Responsibilities
* Speak to local customers, taking orders from regulars and advising on new special offers.
* Answer incoming calls swiftly in a busy, fast‑paced environment and handle orders and quotes.
* Call existing and potential customers to follow up on enquiries, develop relationships and convert leads into sales.
* Up‑sell and cross‑sell a range of products and services.
Requirements
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Good verbal & written communication skills to ensure customers receive a fantastic service.
* Reliable and committed to working within a small team and the ability to adapt as the business grows.
* Office based in our busy friendly depot.
* Office hours Mon‑Fri, 8.30 – 5.30 with 1 hour lunch.
* Excellent induction, training and ongoing support; opportunity to join internal Management Trainee programme.
