Are you passionate about connecting talented people with exceptional opportunities? Katie Bard, a respected regional recruitment consultancy, is seeking a Recruiter & Account Manager to partner closely with our Director and deliver high-calibre talent solutions to our professional services clients.
About the Role
* Manage client portfolios across Support to Executive appointments, including in HR, Marketing, Legal and more
* Provide bespoke advice to clients on talent management strategies and process improvement
* Research and resource candidates using a wide range of channels, including LinkedIn
* To support and deliver in filling each role to the highest standard
* Build and nurture a strong candidate community, prioritising long-term relationships
* Deliver consistent, high-touch client service: regular meetings, updates, and tailored support
* Collaborate with a small, entrepreneurial team focused on quality and deep client partnerships
* Enjoy an environment that values creativity, autonomy, and professional growth
We are looking for:
* Candidates with a passion for placing exceptional talent and exceeding client expectations
* Relationship-builders who thrive on client service and regular engagement
* Previous experience recruiting and placing candidates
* Detail-oriented professionals with experience managing multiple client needs
* Confident communicators who enjoy research, sourcing, and candidate outreach (Linkedin etc)
* Package will include salary plus commissions
