Purpose of the role
Processing a high volume of supplier invoices on behalf of our customers
Accuracy of all customers billing
Reconciliation of company credit card
Excellent customer service within a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
Responsible for checking and processing supplier invoices, ensuring that they are VAT compliant, adhering to each customer’s policies.
To support to improve the operating procedures and systems you use, and be adaptable to change.
Your responsibilities will include:
Invoice checking
Invoice processing
Billing clients
Allocate adjustments
Hotel statement reconciliation
Client statement reconciliation
Processing to client specific software
Daily processing reconciliation
Invoice query logging and resolution
Updating credit card reconciliation
Allocating credit card transactions
Any adhoc tasks allocated by management
Essential
* Computer literate with experience of Microsoft office.
* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow instructions.
* The ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadline
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Very high attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel – creating and maintaining documents
