The Client Our client is a highly respected national Facilities Management business with a strong history of delivering major public sector accounts, including Central and Local Government, as well as complex PFI/PPP contracts. The Role We are looking for a Contracts Manager to take ownership of reactive maintenance delivery across key Local Government and MOD contracts. You will be: Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of reactive maintenance and minor works. Monitoring performance daily to ensure all calls meet strict contractual SLAs. Managing contract P&L, driving profitability, and ensuring commercial compliance. Acting as the primary point of escalation for Council and MOD clients. Leading a team of schedulers, supervisors, and mobile trades operatives. Requirements Essential: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the FM sector handling high-volume reactive maintenance. Essential: Strong financial acumen and H&S compliance knowledge. Preferred: Active UK Security Clearance (SC) is highly desirable due to secure sites. Must be eligible and willing to undergo vetting. What's on Offer £55,000 - 60,000 per annum.
