The Role
The role requires 1 day in HQ based in Newcastle, the role is then a combination of hybrid WFH and travel to sites in your local regions.
We’re looking for a confident, commercially aware HR professional to join our client as People Partner. You’ll work closely with operational leaders and People Director helping to recruit, develop, and retain talented people who deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
1. Partnering with managers to design and deliver impactful people plans.
