About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Events & Hospitality Coordinator to support our events and hospitality operations, including trackside hosting at Formula 1 Grand Prix events worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences for our partners and guests under fast‑moving, high‑pressure conditions.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the coordination and execution of hospitality experiences for partners, sponsors, and VIP guests, ensuring seamless delivery on and off the track
* Support trackside operations during Grand Prix weekends, including guest hosting, logistical planning, and coordination with team operations
* Collaborate with marketing, events, and operations teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality brand experiences
* Manage invitations, RSVPs, and guest communications, ensuring a personalized and professional experience
* Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, fan engagement activations, and off‑track hospitality programs
* Maintain and track budgets, inventory, and operational requirements for events and hospitality activities
* Anticipate and solve problems in real time, ensuring all guests and stakeholders have a world‑class experience
* Assist in managing hospitality gifting and coordinating the shipment of collateral and freight required for each race, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders
* Oversee reception operations at designated suite races, handling guest check‑ins and inquiries to deliver a high standard of guest service and hospitality
Qualifications
* A proven track record in events, hospitality, or client services, preferably in motorsport, sports, or luxury sectors
* Strong trackside or live‑event experience preferred, with ability to work long hours in dynamic environments
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure, international settings
* Flexibility to travel extensively to Grand Prix events worldwide
* Strong proficiency in MS Office and event‑management tools
