Job Description : Crewing Co-Ordinator Salary - £25,000 Location : Swansea - Monday - Friday Temp ongoing Job role The Crewing Co-Ordinator is responsible for the crew selection and scheduling, crew change planning and booking travel required for assigned vessels. Also responsible for maintaining crew certification records, training course booking and document control within the Crewing department. Responsibilites Contribute to continuous improvement in health, safety, security, and environmental standards, ensuring the Company's HSSE Policy is effectively communicated to all crew members, and fostering a strong safety and environmental culture throughout the team. Plan crew assignments for all assigned vessels Liaise with the manning agents and non-agency crew to source suitable and available crew Ensure all planned crew are qualified, certified and medically fit for offshore duty Ensure that planned crew comply with all Flag, Company and client certification requirements Prepare employment documentation, including seafarer employment agreements as required Plan and book all crew change logistics for assigned vessels, which can include all travel, accommodation and visa requirements for both on and off-signing crew, ensuring that crew are provided with their complete travel information in good time Maintain CrewSmart records for all crew ensuring each record is up to date and in compliance with all Flag, ...
