Responsibilities (Text Only)
- Drives team to ensure yield and continuous improvements into mass production and prioritize manufacturing focus through use of process control tools and analysis of measurement data to identify trends and correlations in coating performance. - Lead activities between the Engineering and Operations groups in order to manage materials supply and quality of incoming material. - Lead fibre coating development projects and transfer the process from prototype phase to production phase. - Leads the development and management of documentation in support of process technology, operating procedures and process control requirements. - Design and lead experiments to perform accelerated failure analysis. - Root cause analysis of defects and failure modes. - Process expert for optical fiber coatings.

Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing, materials, chemical, polymer, and industrial engineering, or related field experience in a manufacturing environment - OR Master's Degree in manufacturing, materials, chemical, polymer, and industrial engineering, or related field experience in a manufacturing environment - OR equivalent experience Other Requirements: - Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
