Regional HR Business Partner – South (Early Years Education)
Hybrid | Covering the Southern Region

Our client is a leading international nursery organisation, dedicated to nurturing young minds through exceptional early years education. We're seeking a Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Southern Region, partnering closely with two dynamic Regional Managers and their Area Management teams.
What you’ll be doing:
As our Regional HRBP, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our people strategy and providing expert HR guidance across your region. You’ll act as a true business partner, working proactively with senior operational leaders to support performance, engagement, and development of our nursery teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with Regional Managers and Area Management teams to align HR support with business goals
* Supporting employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
* Driving employee engagement and promoting our inclusive, values-driven culture
* Leading talent initiatives including succession planning and development
* Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies
What we’re looking for:
* Proven HRBP or senior HR generalist experience within the early years or wider education sector
* Strong understanding of HR best practice and UK employment law
* Experience partnering with regional/multi-site operations teams
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
* Ability to travel across the Southern Region as required (hybrid working with travel to sites)
