Job Description
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of legal cashier duties, including daily bank reconciliations, handling both office and client accounts, and processing invoices in line with internal procedures. You will ensure all financial transactions meet SRA compliance requirements, maintain accurate accounting records and contribute to the smooth running of the firm's finance systems. You will also support colleagues across the practice by providing timely financial information and helping to resolve queries.
The Successful Applicant
You will bring a minimum of two years' experience as a Legal Cashier and be fully trained in SRA compliance standards and guidelines. Strong attention to detail, an organised approach and confidence managing both client and office account processes are essential. You will be proactive, reliable and keen to develop your skills further within a growing legal finance team. Experience working with legal accounting systems will be highly beneficial.
