We are seeking two highly organised and proactive individuals to join the team as Office Junior/ Office Assistant. The post holders will be responsible for the front of house duties, supporting the Office Manager and SLT whilst delivering a range of administrative tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To be the first point of contact for the school and present a helpful and professional impression. To support leaders with administrative roles day to day. To support attendance and welfare checks. To update documents to ensure a consistent, high quality presentation. To attend and participate in meetings and briefings as required To take part in the school staff development programme by participating in opportunities for continuous professional development, including necessary training such as Team Teach, first-aid etc. To be knowledgeable and supportive of all school policies and procedures. To administer in coming and out going post To oversee deliveries to the appropriate sites and liaising with the site teams. To undertake general administration tasks as required and directed by the Office Manager To comply with any reasonable expectations to undertake work of a similar level that is not specified in this job description SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Relevant experience or qualifications for the role. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Very strong organisational skills.
