The post holder will be responsible for the administrative, clerical and secretarial staff within their respective service area and retain admin and secretarial duties to the clinicians within their area.

* Plan and manage workloads and working practices for secretarial and clerical staff to ensure efficiency in service and that the needs of the Division are met.
Skills and Qualifications
* Work under pressure & Manage workloads.
* Experience of patient administration systems with an understanding of Waiting List Management.
