Vacancy for General Administrator
The Chigwell Window Centre PLC is a family run home improvement specialist based in Essex. We manufacture and install the highest quality products as well as supplying to trade customers and the public.
Due to an unprecedented demand for our services and following our extensive expansion programme, we are now looking for an experienced Customer Service / Office Administrator to join our friendly and hard-working team.
This role is an office-based position, located close to our namesake of Chigwell, Essex.
The position is Full time and is from 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday with salary dependant on experience.
As well as a general administration role, you will be experienced as a Customer Services Representative with at least 2 years' experience in this role or very similar
As a successful candidate in this role, you must have the following skills & requirements to be considered for this position:
* Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
* Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
* In depth and working knowledge of CRM tools, ideally Business Pilot but not essential.
* Ability to work and integrate well into the team.
* Multi-tasking skills and good organisational abilities.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Flexibility in multi operational tasking.
