Are you ready to lead with purpose and precision in the world of Private Wealth? We’re seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager to join our dynamic fiduciary team. In this key role, you'll oversee a diverse client portfolio, support business development initiatives, and champion operational excellence. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, mentor junior staff, and play a hands-on role in client onboarding, fee reviews, and risk management—all while helping us meet strategic targets and uphold the highest standards of service. WHAT YOU WILL DO

* You build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues—spotting opportunities for business growth and helping ensure client retention.

* You ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, while actively managing risks within your portfolio and stepping up to lead in your manager’s absence.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
* You bring at least five years of relevant industry experience and hold a professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP Diploma. Your deep understanding of fiduciary responsibilities, trust and company administration, and the laws governing ‘Trust Company Business’—including knowledge of other jurisdictions—makes you a reliable subject matter expert.
* You’re detail-oriented and analytical, with strong numeracy skills and a keen ability to interpret trust and company legal documents. Your technical fluency includes proficiency in relevant IT systems, ensuring that your work is accurate, efficient, and compliant.
* You thrive under pressure, maintain high integrity, and consistently promote equality and diversity in your approach. Whether collaborating with peers or managing workflow, you remain resilient and focused on delivering client-centric, commercially sound outcomes.
* You are a clear communicator and skilled relationship-builder. Whether supporting colleagues through change or identifying cross-functional opportunities, you demonstrate initiative and emotional intelligence that enhances team performance and client satisfaction.
* You’re committed to your own development and lead by example—staying updated on industry best practices, understanding how taxation impacts structures, and encouraging a culture of continuous learning within the team. Your self-awareness and dedication inspire others to grow alongside you.
