Plumber – University of London Static Site – London £38,500 per annum Permanent, Full-Time We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a skilled plumber to join our team at Atlas Workplace Services, based at the prestigious University of London campus. This is a static role, working as part of a close-knit team of around 20 engineers, delivering both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the site. You’ll report directly to the M&E Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of building services. ♂️ What you’ll be doing Carrying out plumbing tasks across the campus, including PPM and minor works Supporting the wider engineering team with technical advice and guidance Ensuring safe and efficient delivery of services, including those from our service partners Keeping stakeholders informed with regular updates and feedback Using the Maximo system via tablet to log work and manage tasks Quoting for minor works and ensuring best value for the client Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors Participating in the out-of-hours call-out rota when required About You What we’re looking for Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of building services plant and HVAC systems Experience using CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo) on smartphones A motivated, team-oriented individual with a proactive attitude Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing business needs Qualifications & Experience GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths 1 years in a customer-facing outsourcing environment 2 years working across multi-site or multi-discipline service delivery About The Company At Atlas Workplace Services, we believe great buildings start with great people.
