Property Maintenance Administrator
We're looking for a proactive, practical and detail-focused individual to join our Team, working alongside the Property Manager.
Key Responsibilities - You'll work closely with contractors, tenants, landlords and the lettings team to ensure maintenance issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Manage maintenance requests
Log and respond to repair reports from tenants and staff, triage based on urgency and assign to the appropriate contractor.
Coordinate contractor schedules
Issue jobs, manage diaries, follow up on progress and ensure all updates are logged and communicated clearly.
Organise compliance checks
Schedule and track safety inspections including gas safety certificates, EICRs, PAT testing and fire alarm servicing.
Respond to emergencies
Act fast and calmly when urgent issues arise, ensuring the right trades are dispatched quickly and safely.
Communicate with clients
Liaise with tenants, landlords and guarantors about works, access, scheduling and updates. Carry out property viewings during our lettings season.
Maintain systems and records
Keep internal job management systems updated, upload certificates and reports, and ensure all property files are audit-ready.
The successful candidate will have

* Strong organisational skills – able to manage multiple tasks, timelines and contractors
* Team collaboration – work well with lettings and maintenance teams
* Excellent customer service skills
* Is articulate and able to complete task to achieve targets and goals
* Good communicator
* Good understanding of Microsoft, excel packages
* Basic property maintenance knowledge – awareness of repairs, safety checks and contractor types

Pay: £24,420.00-£26,000.00 per year
