* Manage Time & Attendance data in Dayforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Serve as the primary HRIS super‑user and lead on HR digitalisation projects

* Hands‑on experience with an HRIS platform; Workday/Dayforce experience is an advantage
* Confident working with data, strong Excel skills and comfortable with reporting tools
* A digital‑first mindset: you're drawn to automation, AI, systems optimisation, and smarter ways of working
* Clear communication skills and confidence working in virtual/hybrid team environments
* A degree desirable and/or relevant experience in HR, Business, Data, or a related field.
