Church & Dwight UK Ltd. have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Indirect Procurement Manager to join our Procurement Department based in our Corporate Office in Folkestone, Kent. We are seeking a Senior Indirect Procurement Manager to lead and develop the indirect procurement strategy across the UK and Europe. This senior role will drive operational excellence, strategic sourcing, supplier innovation, and long-term cost efficiency across multiple business units and European sites. Working closely with the Associate Director of 3rd Party Manufacturing & EU Procurement, this position will take ownership of regional category strategies, supplier governance, and the delivery of measurable value across a wide range of indirect spend areas. The successful candidate will serve as a key business partner to regional leadership, acting as the primary procurement interface for all indirect categories in Europe. Responsibilities: Lead European Indirect Procurement – Oversee operations, category management, and strategy across multiple countries and business units. Develop Regional Strategy – Align procurement plans with global objectives to deliver savings, innovation, and risk mitigation. Act as Key Business Partner – Ensure alignment between procurement goals and business strategy with senior European leaders. Drive Cost Efficiency – Achieve measurable savings and process improvements through strategic sourcing and supplier consolidation. Manage Diverse Spend Portfolio – Oversee multiple indirect categories including Marketing, IT, Facilities, HR, and Logistics. Negotiate & Build Supplier Partnerships – Secure competitive contracts, foster innovation, and embed sustainability practices. Collaborate Across Functions & Regions – Work with global teams and internal stakeholders to optimize total cost of ownership. Ensure Compliance & Risk Management – Maintain governance standards, mitigate supply risks, and leverage digital procurement tools. Requirements: Minimum 7–10 years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or regional management capacity. Proven success in leading multi-country procurement strategies and influencing senior stakeholders across complex, matrixed organizations. Demonstrated ability to deliver multimillion-euro savings, improve supplier performance, and implement category transformation initiatives. CIPS qualification (or equivalent) preferred; advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline advantageous. The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills and experience in contract negotiation, possess a proven track record of securing favourable terms and achieving substantial cost savings and service improvements. They will have a strong capability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders, working efficiently within multi-functional teams to achieve procurement goals. For success, you need to be a strategic and forward-thinker when approaching procurement. This role works 37 hours per week Monday – Friday, is a permanent position, and is eligible for Hybrid Working.
