Harlow, Essex (On‑site) - Full‑time, Permanent £30,000 - £32,000 pa
We're supporting a fast‑growing, product‑based brand with global ecommerce distribution in hiring an Operations & Data Assistant — a perfect role for someone early in their career who loves working with data, Excel, and structured processes. If you're organised, detail‑driven, confident with spreadsheets and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this is a brilliant opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, collaborative team.
This role is ideal for someone 1–2 years' experience and is passionate about building their experience in operations, data, fulfilment and ecommerce processes. This role sits within the Ecommerce Operations function and supports stock flow, fulfilment, reporting and product launch activity across the UK, Europe and North America. You do not need ecommerce experience — just strong Excel skills, accuracy, and a proactive attitude.
What You'll Be Doing
Updating stock, fulfilment and shipment data accurately across internal systems
Creating and maintaining reports using Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas, data checks)
Supporting stock flow into ecommerce channels and coordinating with Operations & Supply Chain
Preparing shipment information, tracking updates and fulfilment documentation
Monitoring stock availability, aged stock and unfulfillable items
What You'll Need
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, data manipulation)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence working with spreadsheets, numbers and structured tasks
A proactive, organised approach — able to spot issues early and take ownership
Interest in ecommerce, operations, or supply chain (experience not required)
Salary & Benefits
£30,000 – £34,000 (depending on experience) + Annual Bonus
