Role: Temporary Finance Assistant Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire Hours: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:30 Pay Rate: £15.00 Per Hour Key Responsibilities of the Temporary Finance Assistant: Central role in facilitating smooth running of UK and USA financial systems Process supplier invoices and payments Handle expenses claims Assist with payroll and credit control Contribute to monthly management accounts Perform general office management duties as part of the team Ensure efficient running of the officeAbout you: Min 2-3 years of financial / bookkeeping experience Solid Purchase Ledger, Expenses process knowledge Experience (or willing to learn) of Payroll systems Exceptional interpersonal / Customer service skills Knowledge of Xero accounting software Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Attention to detail, ability to follow processes and procedures Able to work without supervision with a positive can-do attitude Ideally experience working in a technology / software company environment.
