Regional Service Engineer – London
Salary: £40,000 - OTE £50k
Responsibilities
* Service, repair, and maintain a range of industrial cleaning equipment (mechanical and electrical).
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
* Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
* Provide excellent on-site customer service, acting as the face of the business.
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
* Manage van stock and ensure all tools/equipment are in good condition.
Qualifications & Experience
* Mechanical & Electrical skills with proven fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair (not just mechanical).
* Field service/mobile engineer background, comfortable working on customer sites.
* Experience with machinery or equipment, ideally cleaning equipment, plant, materials handling, FLT or similar.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Confident and professional in customer-facing situations.
* Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Benefits
* Starting Salary £38,760 rising to £40,000 after satisfactory probation and training accreditation; OTE £50k.
* Performance-related annual salary increases.
* Mon–Fri 40 hours per week (1/2 hour unpaid lunch each day).
* Overtime available (OTE £50k), not guaranteed.
