This role is crucial in ensuring that tenancies are well managed, communities are safe, and housing services are delivered effectively. The successful candidate will provide a visible, accessible housing management service, supporting residents, protecting housing assets, and ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements and housing legislation. Day-to-day of the role: Manage the full tenancy lifecycle, including sign-ups, changes in circumstances, succession, and end of tenancy. Ensure tenants comply with their tenancy conditions and investigate breaches, taking appropriate enforcement action where required. Maximise rental income and proactively manage and reduce rent arrears through early intervention and payment plans. Investigate reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) and nuisance, taking action in line with policy.
