Join Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust as a full‑time Mental Health Practitioner and be the first point of contact for children, young people and families across Banes and Wiltshire CAMHS teams. In this role you will help right‑time, right‑place referrals through phone consultations, risk assessment and collaborative signposting.
Responsibilities
* Manage all referral requests with a focus on timely access and appropriate pathway selection.
* Conduct phone consultations with children, young people, families and referrers.
* Collaborate with parents/carers to promote the emotional and physical wellbeing of the child/young person.
* Assess risk in partnership with professionals, making use of your judgment and team processes.
* Identify and engage specialist practitioners to support decision‑making.
* Confidently signpost to community resources.
You will receive comprehensive induction with shadowing opportunities, ongoing clinical, peer and safeguarding supervision, and access to a wide range of training and development via Oxford Health Foundation Trust.

Location: Melksham – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Hybrid working flexibility available.
