Astute's Nuclear team is exclusively partnered with a speciality lifting and handling equipment business, acting as the lifting principal contractor on Hinkley Point C to recruit a Black Hat Supervisor/ Non Working Mechanical Supervisor for its Hinkley Point C project.
The Non Working Mechanical Supervisor will play a critical role in holding responsibility for the assembly, installation, commissioning and maintenance direction for overhead and gantry cranes and comes with a base salary up to £75,000 depending on experience and a wealth of opportunity to work on prestigious nuclear projects in the UK.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Delivery Manager you will:
1. Supervising lifting execution of site / compound activities on and off HPC site.
2. Responsible for control and day to day management of the labour and plant resources to achieve targets
3. Interface with management, and other 3rd party black hats in interfacing works areas on site matters
