MONDAY – FRIDAY: 9.00AM – 5.00PM
PAY RATE: £12.21 PER HOUR (TO BE REVIEWED)
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Bathgate.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start immediately in a supportive and modern office environment, this is an initially temporary contract with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

Day to Day Duties
Working as a Customer Service Advisor for our client your duties will be:
* Handling customer queries, orders, and complaints primarily via email, with some telephone contact
* Using SAP and Microsoft packages for data entry and customer information
* Supporting the wider customer service team during peak periods
* Assisting with export-related queries (knowledge desirable but not essential)
Essential Skills
Skills needed to be a Customer Service Advisor with our client are:
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* A proactive and professional attitude
Desirable Experience
Desirable experience needed to be a Customer Service Advisor with our client is:
* Previous customer service or administration experience
* SAP experience
* Export knowledge
Training
* Full training will be provided on all systems and procedures
