Job Purpose:
This role will support the development of a high-performance and insight led culture, this position will be responsible for the production and analysis of HR metrics and management reporting, data governance and statutory reporting.
Please note that this position is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key Accountabilities:
* Partner with key stakeholders across ODEON Cinemas Group to define, develop and maintain an effective suite of HR reporting dashboards
* Provide insights and recommendations based on analysing our data, combining with external sources of data and insight to support the People strategy and drive a high-performance culture
* Provide appropriate cycle of weekly/monthly/quarterly/Annual HR reports to support HR business and strategic understanding in areas such as Turnover & Retention, Diversity, Cost, Recruitment, Engagement and Tenure
* Provide analytical support and insight for ongoing monitoring of all key People and Reward metrics
* Manage the data and support the Reward team with analytics, reporting, modelling and statutory reporting such as Gender Pay Gap
Key Skills:
* Prior experience gained within a function which involves working with data sets and processes (for example ownership and effective management of trackers or data)
* Good project management and communication approach, ability to co-ordinate, scope and assess requirements with stakeholders, play back requirements and present findings
* Excellent experience with Excel and good working knowledge of MS Office
* Organised in approach, takes ownership for tasks and can work with conflicting priorities and deadlines
* Ability to deal with multiple deliverables and shifting priorities
* Curious in approach and keen to share and learn from internal and external insight
* A passion to learn and develop within this domain with a desire to learn
* Existing knowledge of Power BI or other visualisation tools experience would be desirable
* Understanding of legislation such as gender pay gap is desirable
