What You'll Do:
* Consultative Client Engagement: Work with prospective clients in a consultative fashion to deeply understand their unique talent acquisition challenges, business objectives, and existing workflows.
* Solution-Oriented Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate Loxo's value proposition and how it directly addresses client needs.
* Comprehensive Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from strategic prospecting of target accounts, through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
* Build and Maintain a Robust Pipeline: Proactively identify and qualify new leads, consistently building and managing a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
* Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
* Provide Accurate Sales Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide reliable forecasts to sales leadership.

Qualifications
* 3+ Years proven experience in full-cycle B2B Software Sales exceeding quota
* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers at all levels.
* Proficient in Sales software (Salesforce, Hubspot, OutPlay, Clay, Gong, etc.)
* Experience working with recruitment, SaaS, or HRIS is a plus.
