Surveyor - AD Property Asset Management - Birmingham - Up to £55,000 Per Annum Car Allowance Are you an experienced and dynamic property manager with a passion for property management? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property consultancy who are looking to grow their team by hiring an Associate management surveyor in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of properties in Birmingham & surrounding areas. Job Role: Responsible for the daily operation of a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial, and retail properties Require regular and direct communication with institutional fund management clients and the supervision of a number of other property managers, graduates, and on-site staff Work closely with the property accounts team to ensure that all financial information is reported accurately Building and maintaining close professional relationships with clients, tenants and colleagues is paramount to your success Prepare formal and detailed client reports on the property management service, quarterly annually and on an ad hoc basis Working closely with both tenants and clients you will ensure all rental and other income is administered and recorded correctly Skills Required: Excellent and professional communication skills with the ability to build gravitas amongst clients is also paramount Previous experience working in the property management arena MRICS is preferred but not essential On Offer: Salary Package: Up to £55,000 Per Annum Car Allowance Hybrid working Performance-based bonuses Private medical cover, life assurance & a suite of employee wellness initiatives Additional annual leave scheme For further information or to discuss your application please reach out to Tamar on 07436 542 513 or email tamar@invictus-group.co.uk
