We’re looking for an Engineering Technician to play a key role in maintaining and improving cutting-edge production equipment in a fast-paced environment. Roles & responsibilities:
1. Provide safe, front-line reactive maintenance and get equipment back into service quickly.
2. Diagnose faults and repair mechanical/electrical systems.
3. Lead shift-based problem-solving and root cause analysis.
4. Identify and implement cost-effective improvements to boost efficiency and reliability.
5. Support audits, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Coach operators on asset care tasks and collaborate as part of a high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For
7. Recognised engineering apprenticeship.
8. Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
9. Mechanical/Electrical bias with multiskilled capability.
10. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
