Aspire People are currently recruiting for a committed and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils' learning and development across the primary age range.

The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the delivery of engaging lessons and provide targeted support to pupils who require additional guidance.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
* Leading small group learning sessions in literacy and numeracy
* Providing additional support to pupils who may be working below age-related expectations
* Supporting classroom behaviour management strategies
* Assisting with planning and adapting learning resources
* Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff
* Helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a candidate who:
* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Has recent experience working in a primary school setting
* Has strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Is confident supporting pupils both in groups and on a 1:1 basis
* Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Is proactive, reliable and enthusiastic about supporting children
