Commercial Property Solicitor – 2+ PQE
Location: Cambridge
Salary: Up to £65,000
Working Pattern: 3 days home working / 2 days office based
Oculus Legal Group are delighted to be working with a highly regarded property specialist law firm, who are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least two years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property to take on high-quality work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role:
* Acting for a broad range of clients across commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development and investment matters.
* Managing your own caseload with full support, while also working closely with partners on more complex transactions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
* Working collaboratively within a friendly and close-knit team that genuinely prioritises work-life balance.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in commercial property.
* Strong technical knowledge across commercial real estate matters.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
* A team player who values collaboration, culture and client service.
