Responsibilities
* Lead electrical engineering teams on technically complex data centre projects.
* Provide technical, design, and contract management expertise across all project stages.
* Act as principal engineer, liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and financial performance.
* Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Identify business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
* Degree-qualified in Electrical Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
* Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards it; membership of CIBSE, IET, or similar.
* Experienced at Principal Engineer level, leading multi-disciplinary teams.
* Strong technical knowledge in data centre electrical systems, with hands-on project experience desirable.
* Skilled in managing complex projects and client relationships.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
* Results-oriented, with strong problem-solving and coordination capabilities.
