Job Purpose:
To manage the Financial Planning Administration teams across all Financial Planning divisional locations.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
* To be responsible for the Financial Planning administration teams.
* Encourage and drive efficiencies within the Administration teams.
* To take responsibility for the Financial Planning systems and controls.
* Provide supervision to Financial Planning Administration Managers, Team Leaders and PA roles in the performance of their duties.
* To provide the Financial Planning revenue collation and produce monthly reporting.
Knowledge & Skills:
* Strong organisational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
* Proficient in IO (Figaro & WDX).
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the business.
* Expert written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
* A highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to be effective independently and to work under pressure.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; be adaptable to various competing demands.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Educated to A-Levels (or equivalent) with GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
* Experience in managing, encouraging and motivating staff.
