The school is well-connected to local transport links. The Role You will lead on all non-teaching aspects of school life, including finance, premises management, and HR. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring the annual budget, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, and managing the school's support staff. You will work as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure resources are used effectively to support pupil outcomes. Requirements Strong background in financial management or school business administration. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work strategically.
