We are looking for a programmes manager to oversee and deliver campaign activity within a 12-month fixed term contract that will be impactful for our community of ambitious founders who want to start and grow their own business. In this role, you will work in our dynamic programmes team, to deliver some of our most significant and valuable programmes, and with the wider team to meet our internal and partner KPIs.
As part of the Enterprise Nation programmes team, this role is above all, a project manager who has an understanding of marketing. We want to meet enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas, attention to detail and the organisational skills required to manage client relationships and deliver programme activity on time.

As a senior programmes manager, you will:
22. Be a single point of contact for programme delivery for all programme operations, providing guidance to cross-functional teams (content managers, product managers, developers, QAs, and senior stakeholders) and keeping team members focused on delivering against KPIs;
23. Create a programme content strategy relevant to the campaign objectives, producing planning schedules and timelines for the delivery of programme activity;
24. Liaise with the marketing team to produce programme growth and marketing plans;
25. Own the overall end-to-end project management and delivery of specific programmes in partnership with platform partners, including logistics and administrative duties;
26. Lead meetings and build trusted partner relationships throughout planning and delivery process, as well as support new opportunities;
27. Report internally and externally to partners on deliverables, via calls and reporting documents, throughout the duration of the programme as well as upon completion;
28. Build strong work relationships within the programmes team as well as across the marketing and tech teams, ensuring all members of the project team know what is expected of them.
29. Ensure programmes are delivered to agreed contracts by meeting reach and engagement targets for your programmes and achieving high quality standards. This includes mitigating against risks and tracking issues, escalating roadblocks to the head of programme delivery before they become critical,
30. Minimal travel within the UK / internationally where required.
You are:
31. An experienced project or programmes manager, with a background in overseeing a portfolio of projects,
32. Computer savvy, proficient in MS Office or equivalent. Any experience in CRM systems, online event platforms or Eventbrite is advantageous,
33. Able to think creatively to solve partners problems and meet targets,
34. Focused, with great attention to detail,
35. A team player with leadership skills.
