The Job
1. You will be required to lead, motivate and inspire a small team of 7 drivers and 6 order pickers.
2. Ensuring our customers receive their building materials on-time, in full and safely.
3. Ensuring all in house vehicles comply with all legal and contractual requirements
4. Ensure effective and economic delivery routing
5. Keyholding and Duty Management
6. Our customers rightly demand a great delivery service. You'll need to be customer focussed, a team player who is able to work with others.
7. You need to be resourceful and be able to think outside the box.
8. The contracted hours for this role are 37 or more
