Work with York Limited are looking to recruit a temporary Engagement and Learner Course Coordinator. This is a part time role, based in a central York office and at a York secondary school. The role is to cover 2.5 days a week, one day will be a Monday and the remaining 1.5 days to cover Tuesdays and Wednesdays, including one evening.
The rate of pay is £13.86 per hour,

This role involves;
1. Responding and processing learner enquiries
2. Taking enrolments
3. Working with the general public
4. Communicating clearly and effectively with customers.
5. Working on your own initiative, as well as part of a larger team.
You will need to:
6. Be proficient in excel, spreadsheets and have excellent database skills
7. Have excellent customer service skills
8. Possess excellent public facing skills
9. Be able to multi task
10. Have a basic Adults DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
