What you’ll bring
* Proven experience in CRM & retention marketing (ideally D2C fashion, beauty, or lifestyle).
* Deep empathy for customers and strong copy instincts.
* Strong grasp of Klaviyo.
* Data awareness balanced with intuition and empathy.
* Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving brand environment.
* Grit, drive, and genuine love for making people happy.
