The Role
As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support children in lessons, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging activities.
* Encourage pupils’ confidence, social skills, and love for learning.
* Provide tailored support to children with additional needs.
* Help create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.

About You
To be successful in this role, you should be:
* Passionate about supporting young learners.
* Patient, caring, and enthusiastic.
* Confident working as part of a team and using your initiative.
* Ideally experienced in a school setting (though training can be provided).
* Qualified with a minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Able to provide a valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel).
