What You'll Do
* Welcome visitors and provide a professional front‑of‑house service
* Keep admin, records and digital systems running smoothly
* Manage staff rotas, absence and training updates
* Support recruitment, onboarding and inductions
* Handle finance tasks including petty cash, invoices and resident funds
* Track enquiries and support the admissions process
* Maintain compliance and health & safety documentation
Commissioning Responsibilities
* Set up new admin systems
* Support recruitment campaigns and staff onboarding
* Coordinate equipment, supplies and pre‑opening tasks
* Assist with CQC registration preparation
What We're Looking For
* Strong admin experience and Microsoft 365 skills
* Organised, accurate and confident communicating with others
* Calm, friendly and able to juggle competing priorities
* Recruitment or finance experience is a bonus
