Client Services Specialist Location: Plymouth - Hybrid Working (1 - 2 days in the office and the rest from home) Job Type: Full-time - Temporary initially however could be extended to FTC or Perm. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities: Enquiry Management: Handle initial client enquiries, including quoting and selecting suppliers. Booking Management: Confirm bookings with suppliers, send joining instructions, and manage purchase orders. Event Administration: Oversee the administration of events post-booking. Reporting & Data: Assist in compiling reports and ensure accurate invoicing. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong relationship-building skills. Excellent planning and organizational abilities. Proactive problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in a B2B client-focused environment. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
