The Position As Head of Sales, you will take the lead on expanding the brand’s footprint in the grocery channel. You will build on existing retailer conversations, open new doors, and shape a winning strategy to drive category growth. Key Responsibilities: Own and execute the grocery channel strategy Lead commercial negotiations with UK grocers Build strong relationships with buyers and category managers Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure retail success Report directly to the founders with clear impact metrics The Person Proven experience in FMCG sales, ideally within high growth, drinks or wellness categories A track record of growing a brand or category in grocery retail Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to build something meaningful Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills UK-based, with flexibility to travel for key meetings Salary & Incentives Highly incentivised bonus scheme
