Job Title: PROPERTY VALUER / LISTER -Residential Estate Agents
Location: Dunstable, Bedfordshire
Salary: OTE up to £55,000 per annum, uncapped
An experienced Property Valuer/Lister is required to join a successful estate agency in Dunstable and be responsible for winning instructions, generating new business, and delivering excellent customer service.
Our client, a highly successful Estate and Lettings Agency, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Property Valuer / Lister to join their thriving local office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with proven residential sales experience to secure quality instructions at the right price and fee while driving business growth.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Winning new instructions and generating quality business opportunities
* Conducting property valuations and listings
* Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service
* Meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets
* Driving new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
* Representing the brand with professionalism in the local property market
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Proven residential sales experience (essential)
* Strong listing and valuation track record (essential)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to generate and convert new business opportunities
* Target-driven, ambitious, and highly motivated
* Professional, well-spoken, and well-presented
* In-depth knowledge of the Northampton property market
* Strong customer service and client management skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent written and spoken English
