Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool in Writtle is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

Located in the picturesque village of Writtle, our nursery sits opposite Anglia Ruskin University and near Hylands Park. With excellent bus links to Chelmsford and easy access to the A414 and A12, it’s conveniently suited for commuting families.
What Will You Be Doing
* Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
* Support and supervise playroom staff with their day‑to‑day duties
* Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
* Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
* Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
